Jennifer Jacobsen, Esq. and Darren Bevan Esq.- Jennifer and Darren are both partners with the law firm of
Bayde/ine and Jacobsen LLP. Jennifer and her legal team have served as general corporate counsel to over 800 community associations in California and Nevada. Jennifer also provides representation in the context of arbitration and mediation, and she also serves as an expert witness and pro tem judge. Darren has extensive litigation and general counsel experience aimed at protecting client's interests. He also has broad experience with real estate transactions, construction contracts and real property acquisitions.
Bill Mann- Bill is a licensed contractor and is a part of the Senior Management Team at A. C. Enterprises, a general building contractor specializing in reconstruction and repair of common interest developments . Bill earned a Construction Engineering Degree in 1979 and worked for Draeger Construction for 12 years as a regional Manager, and he also served as President for three years. He Is a recognized expert in Community Association construction, finance and operations.
